What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize monetisation features and systems, including purchase flows and offer systems for a live mobile game.
• Deliver high-quality, reliable, and performant C++ code for a mature codebase serving millions of players.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, UX/UI, and Data Scientists to shape value-driven monetisation experiences.
• Use live data and A/B test results to validate work and inform iterative engineering decisions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and participate in technical code and design reviews.
• Integrate AI development tools like Claude Code and Copilot into the daily build and debug workflow.

Requirements

• Strong C++ skills and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
• Proven experience building, testing, and maintaining software features in a production environment.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-structured, and maintainable code with effective testing practices.
• Comfort worhirify.global in an experimentation-driven environment based on live data.
• Willingness to adopt and use AI development tools in day-to-day engineering.
