Location: Based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. In person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Salary: 23,667-35,667 PLN (gross monthly)

Overview

We're looking for an engineer to help us build a seamless experience for our users who are on the go. You’ll delight users with new features and improvements, working closely with our award-winning Design team, and supported by our world-class Product Managers. You’ll contribute to the technical direction of the app’s internals and the team’s workflows.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support product features in collaboration with product managers, designers, data scientists, user researchers, and other engineers.
• Champion best practices in product, system, and code design.
• Mentor engineers who are newer in their career or developing new skills.
• Support partner teams to ship features across web and mobile.

Requirements

• Passion for creating amazing user experiences.
• Experience building a complex software product in a team environment.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
• Familiarity with the Android SDK.
• 3+ years of experience developing, releasing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
