Location: Remote (Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, or UAE)

Salary: €4,800 - €7,000 gross monthly (Lithuania) / PLN 28,300 - PLN 40,000 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers on new feature design and prototyping.
• Assist in the user experience design process, from wireframes and mockups through implementation and release.
• Work with design and business teams to define and implement user-focused solutions.
• Define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency throughout the app.
• Prototype new user interactions and iterations based on feedback from peers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK and Kotlin.
• Background in building Android apps for a wide range of devices.
• Track record of collaborating on cross-functional software projects.
• English: Fluency required.
• Location: Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Spain, or UAE.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science.
• Knowledge of mobile development best practices.
• GitHub portfolio showcasing personal or open-source projects.
• Experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD).
