What you will do

• Administer prescribed IV therapies and associated nursing care for patients unable to be trained to independence.
• Train and educate patients and carers to connect and disconnect Parenteral Nutrition and other prescribed therapies to independence.
• Train and educate patients and carers to use infusion devices to deliver therapy independently.
• Support provision of a phlebotomy/cannulation service for patients.
• Work split shifts to meet patient needs and travel to visit patients outside the local area when required.

Requirements

• Location: Working with trusts and patients in London
• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (adult).
• Minimum 1 year of current clinical experience.
• Competent in management and delivery of IV therapies.
• Ability to make correct clinical decisions in an emergency situation.
• Valid driving licence and flexibility to travel to visit patients outside the local area.
