What you will do

• Oversee retail credit risk exposure and manage risk appetite through limit calibration.
• Ensure alignment with CNBV and Banxico regulatory frameworks for retail credit risk.
• Manage end-to-end credit provisions calculation for the credit card portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Risk Modelling team to design and implement retail credit risk models.
• Identify and govern emerging retail credit risks, including new product risk assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders and regulators on material credit risk exposures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in retail credit risk.
• Solid understanding of retail credit risk modelling (PD/EL).
• Knowledge of unsecured personal loans, credit cards, and overdrafts.
• Experience working in banks within the second line of defence.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with local data sources.
• Must be based in Mexico City.
