What you will do

• Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities including product assessments and solution specifications.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs-of-concept for stakeholders.
• Prepare technical proposals including Bill of Materials, scope of work, pricing, and timelines.
• Translate complex technical concepts into non-technical terms for various stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by resolving technical challenges and providing ongoing support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain market leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
• Strong background in open-source technologies including Red Hat, SUSE, and Canonical.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging product demos and Proof of Concepts.
• Experience in training partners and providing technical enablement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficient execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift or Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform certifications.
