What you will do

• Collaborate with supermarket channel clients and support Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Account Representatives (KARs).
• Develop and maintain the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process.
• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and inventory data to recommend strategic purchase orders.
• Conduct client meetings to review forecasts, adjust inventory, and ensure availability targets are met.
• Monitor and report account performance using key metrics such as fill rate, sales growth, and inventory coverage.
• Support commercial initiatives and special projects to drive growth within the supermarket channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, demand planning, supply chain, or commercial administration.
• Experience within the consumer goods or retail industry, preferably with supermarket accounts.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
