What you will do

  • Build and own an independent forecast and revenue point of view for Emerging Mid-Market (EMM).
  • Drive forecast hygiene and deal-signal discipline with weekly accuracy and variance analysis.
  • Run the EMM rhythm of business including WBR/QBR cadence and reporting trusted by sales leadership and finance.
  • Automate recurring reporting to reduce manual effort and increase focus on high-value work.
  • Own quota and capacity planning, translating segment targets into seller-level goals.
  • Manage planning data integrity and partner with finance on forecasting and quota setting.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, Atlanta, or New York, USA
  • 5–8+ years in sales planning, revenue operations, FP&A, or business analytics at SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven experience in bottoms-up forecasting and quota/capacity planning.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, planning platforms (Anaplan), BI tools (Tableau), and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with agentic AI tools for go-to-market use cases.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate models into actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience running sales rhythm of business (WBR/QBR).
  • Familiarity with Gong and QuickBooks Advanced.
  • Track record of automating reporting processes.
  • Prior partnership with finance on forecasting and quota setting.
  • GitHub repositories demonstrating AI GTM fluency.
