Salary: $225,000 - $265,000

What you will do
- Own the global forecasting cadence and ensure accuracy across weekly and quarterly processes.
- Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and cross-functional revenue planning.
- Develop executive-level reporting for Monthly Financial Reviews, QBRs, and Board of Directors.
- Define and execute global GTM strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership.
- Design and evolve scalable sales incentive programs aligned to growth priorities.
- Act as executive sponsor for key sales systems initiatives, including CRM consolidation and infrastructure roadmaps.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business planning in a global technology environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience supporting executive leadership such as CRO or CFO.
- Deep expertise in forecasting, AOP planning, sales analytics, and compensation design.
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence at the board level.
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce and BI platforms.
