What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve recurring process and production upsets in production plants.
• Implement performance optimization systems using tools like MES, PI, Trendminer, and PowerBI.
• Analyze OEE/UEE data to identify reliability and capacity improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise in process safety, supporting PSM audits and Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs).
• Support CAPEX projects from scope definition and Management of Change (MOC) to commissioning.
• Lead sustainability and environmental initiatives and support the commercialization of new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Knowledge of DCS systems (desired).
• Project management experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or statistical analysis (desired).
