What you will do

• Develop and implement AI-based solutions for analyzing data from operational systems and sensors.
• Build analytical tools that transform raw operational data into actionable business insights.
• Apply AI models and agents to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with system owners to understand data structures and define analytical approaches.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions and create analytical prototypes.
• Support digital innovation initiatives and transformation projects focused on data and AI.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Based in Sorocaba, Brazil.
• Proficiency in Python, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases and information architecture.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Previous academic or personal projects in data analytics or artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of process automation or systems integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
