Salary: €40,000 – €44,000

is a fast-growing B2B SaaS fintech specialising in digitising financial processes for expense management and accounts payable.
What you will do
- Create high-quality content (blog posts, white papers, case studies) in German and English for lead generation and brand building.
- Manage PR and communications by building relationships with tech and business media in the DACH market.
- Organise and execute approximately 15 key B2B events, trade shows, and webinars annually.
- Grow the brand's social media presence via organic campaigns on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Adapt global GTM strategies and campaigns to fit local buyer personas and cultural contexts.
- Coordinate with external creative and PR agencies and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Fluent German (C2 level) and strong English skills.
- Proven track record in content production and event management.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools: LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Experience localising international campaigns and contributing to annual GTM plans.
- Must be able to support the DACH market.
