TL;DR

Location: Fully-remote (Lyon, France)

What you will do

  • Define and execute the European growth strategy and roadmap to identify new acquisition channels and revenue drivers.
  • Drive demand generation, increase qualified pipeline, and optimize funnel conversion rates through experiments.
  • Own revenue performance and optimize key metrics such as CAC, CPL, and ROI of acquisition channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of four growth marketing professionals, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve lead qualification, routing, and handoff processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CMO and CEO based on growth performance data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven track record of building scalable acquisition engines within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Significant experience managing high-performing marketing teams and international growth strategies.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, SEA, outbound/inbound marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot.
