What you will do

• Lead mixed-methods user research initiatives using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• Develop and execute comprehensive research plans, including screeners, interview guides, and recruitment.
• Design, launch, and analyze surveys to extract trends and user sentiment.
• Moderate user interviews, usability tests, and other qualitative sessions.
• Deliver actionable findings to Product and Design teams through visual reports and presentations.
• Oversee freelancers to delegate operational tasks and increase team focus on high-impact work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in user research, consumer insights, or market research.
• Proven proficiency in both quantitative (survey design/analysis) and qualitative methods.
• Experience working on digital products within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience owning research projects end-to-end from planning to delivery.
• Ability to query databases using SQL to support quantitative research.
• Experience in subscription, lifestyle, or food-tech domains.
