What you will do

• Build and manage a sales pipeline for custom AI solutions, targeting enterprise accounts.
• Lead consultative discovery processes to map client pain points to specific AI capabilities.
• Translate AI technical differentiators into tangible business value and ROI for prospects.
• Collaborate with technical teams on feasibility and with marketing to create sales collateral.
• Structure and negotiate complex contracts and provide feedback on pricing models.
• Educate prospects on AI risks, mitigations, and ethical AI implementations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development and enterprise sales.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and general Machine Learning concepts.
• Ability to conduct consultative selling and ROI modeling.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and pipeline management.
• Must be based in Hanoi, Vietnam
