What you will do

• Develop TikTok ad creative strategies focused on ROAS, CTR, CPA, and CVR.
• Write actionable creative briefs for content creators and production teams.
• Collaborate with media buyers and marketing teams to ensure campaign success.
• Analyze performance and A/B test results to optimize engagement and scalability.
• Conduct competitor research and monitor TikTok trends and platform updates.
• Craft ad scripts, hooks, and CTAs optimized for native TikTok content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy for TikTok.
• Portfolio of successful TikTok campaigns, preferably targeting the U.S. market.
• Deep understanding of TikTok's platform dynamics and creator ecosystem.
• Proficiency in performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills for creating content for U.S. audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working with UGC creators and short-form video production.
