TL;DR

Mid/Senior Partnerships Manager (Incogni) (Marketing Partnerships): Own partnership strategy across affiliate and performance-based channels, scaling relationships that drive revenue with an accent on negotiating mutually beneficial agreements and optimizing campaign performance. Focus on data-driven partnership reporting, cross-functional execution with Product/Marketing/Legal, and identifying new performance-driven partnership opportunities.

Location: Hybrid (office encouraged) with up to two remote days per week; WFA policy allows working from almost anywhere in the world.

Salary: 2700–4300 EUR/month + bonuses (Lithuanian market); 13850–19500 PLN/month + bonuses (Polish market). Amount may vary by skills and experience.

Partnerships role within Incogni’s Marketing Partnerships team, focused on growing revenue through affiliate and performance-based partnerships.

What you will do

  • Build relationships with existing partners and develop partnership strategies and business plans aligned with marketing objectives and performance goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with clear, mutually beneficial performance-based deliverables.
  • Collaborate with affiliates and marketing partners to optimize campaign performance and drive conversions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization and growth.
  • Track industry trends and identify new performance-driven partnership opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships, key account management, or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong ability to build, maintain, and influence successful partnerships.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and at least one of: SEO or paid advertising.
  • English: excellent communication skills in English.
  • Track record of executing partnership strategies and closing deals that deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Salesforce, MixMax, Looker, Impact, CJ, or Tune (HasOffers).
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and technologies.
