TL;DR

Product Marketing Manager (LegalTech/AI): Executing the go-to-market strategy for an AI-native legal platform in the US market with an accent on market intelligence, positioning, and sales enablement. Focus on translating complex AI capabilities into value propositions for law firm owners and driving M&A integration success.

Location: On-site in New York City (5 days per week)

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 + Bonus + Equity

hirify.global is a regulated law firm powered by a bespoke AI operating system designed to make legal services accessible to everyone.

What you will do

  • Research law firm owners and attorneys to identify growth blockers and motivations.
  • Own the positioning and messaging for the AI platform and the commercial upside for joining the network.
  • Plan and execute GTM strategies for new platform capabilities across the acquired firm network.
  • Create sales and M&A enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, and deal narratives.
  • Develop case studies and success stories from lawyers currently using the platform.

Requirements

  • Strong background in B2B tech product marketing, specifically in SaaS, legal-tech, or professional services.
  • Proven track record in market research, positioning, and product launches that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience marketing to professional services audiences such as lawyers or financial professionals.
  • Background supporting consultative, deal-led processes, including enterprise sales or M&A.
  • Exceptional writing skills to translate complex AI products into benefits for non-technical users.
  • Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Experience working at an AI-native or AI-first startup.
  • Exposure to the US consumer legal market or law firm operations.
  • Background in M&A or integration marketing.
