What you will do

• Own the AI agenda for the commercial function and align priorities with stakeholders to influence key decisions.
• Build and manage an AI opportunity pipeline, identifying, prioritizing, and implementing high-impact AI solutions.
• Lead AI initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial proof of concept to full-scale adoption.
• Define implementation approaches, governance frameworks, and clear success measures for AI initiatives.
• Educate and upskill colleagues on AI tools to effectively embed them into daily business processes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI solutions to ensure ongoing efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid working arrangement.
• Proven experience in leading AI transformation or large-scale AI implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science applied to business strategy.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills to coordinate initiatives across diverse commercial functions.
• Ability to define technical requirements and governance structures for AI adoption.
