What you will do

• Own one or more product areas, defining the strategy, roadmap, and business impact.
• Research and validate user problems, partnering with engineering and UX to deliver iterative solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shape go-to-market strategies and pricing.
• Drive the development of agentic capabilities, helping users understand how AI agents can assist in the DevOps lifecycle.
• Champion product thinking and refine development processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven experience taking products through discovery, validation, delivery, and launch.
• Strong ability to build relationships across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Experience using evidence, research, and frameworks like Jobs to be Done to prioritize decisions.
• Comfortable working iteratively and adapting based on customer feedback and data.

Nice to have

• Experience building products in B2B SaaS, ideally within DevOps or developer tooling.
• Interest in AI, agents, and their impact on software development workflows.
