What you will do

• Manage third-party risk management activities, including onboarding, due diligence, and continuous vendor monitoring.
• Implement the operating model for supply chain and outsourcing management policies.
• Control internal governance approvals for outsourcing changes and vendor lifecycle deliveries.
• Provide guidance to staff on risk assessment procedures and ongoing accountability.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and PRA guidelines on outsourcing and operational resiliency.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on outsourcing risks, performance metrics, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, outsourcing, or third-party risk management.
• Deep understanding of business resilience regulations within retail financial services.
• Proven ability to develop service management frameworks and conduct risk assessments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
