What you will do

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to support financial reporting.
• Process payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
• Manage client accounts and coordinate document collection for tax preparation.
• Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines or the Dominican Republic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or tax preparation.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
