Location: Must live within 30 miles of Brooklyn, NY. This is an onsite role requiring up to 80% travel.

Compensation: $65/hour for professional learning delivery.

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver on-site product training and professional development for teachers and administrators.
• Provide tailored support for lesson planning, pacing, and data analysis to improve instructional outcomes.
• Ensure equitable classroom implementation of Ready and i-Ready programs.
• Collaborate with school leaders to identify implementation successes and challenges.
• Participate in internal professional development cycles, including observation and coaching.
• Track and document training activities and maintain professional communication with partners.

Requirements

• Must live within 30 miles of Brooklyn, NY.
• Middle School Math Coaching experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching or coaching Mathematics.
• Strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards for Mathematics (Grades 6–8).
• Valid driver's license and own transportation required for significant travel.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching mathematics at the secondary (6–12) level.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or Mathematics education.
• Proficiency with online meeting tools like Zoom or WebEx.
