Compensation: Base pay $550/day (August 18–19) and pre-event training paid at $25/hour.

What you will do

• Provide content-specific support, training, and guidance for implementing blended and online K–12 learning programs.
• Deliver workshops and sessions to teachers and instructional personnel on integrating digital solutions into curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Help educators develop and modify student individualized learning paths.
• Design classroom assessments and run assessment reports.
• Deliver engaging fee-based presentations for small and large groups.
• Complete approximately 10–20 hours of paid onboarding and training prior to the event (primarily asynchronous).

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA on August 18 and 19 and complete onboarding/training prior to the event.
• Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred) and at least 2 years of experience delivering professional development, training, and/or consulting (5+ years preferred).
• Current or past teaching certification and experience teaching Math and/or ELA in an educational environment (strongly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, online meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams), and database software; ability to provide a Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 7 days (upon hire).
