What you will do
- Execute quality assurance programs to achieve 100% compliance with recruitment protocols.
- Conduct systematic audits of recruiter interactions and performance to enforce operational controls.
- Deliver real-time feedback to leadership and drive immediate performance improvement.
- Monitor and report quality metrics and funnel metrics to identify deviations and support optimization targets.
- Implement governance protocols to ensure consistency and fairness across recruitment interactions.
- Use automated auditing systems and quality assurance tools for continuous monitoring and timely feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or operational excellence.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment operations.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining compliance standards and achieving error-free execution.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and experience using quality assurance tools and technology.
- Experience executing audits and producing reporting, plus expertise in coaching and performance improvement.
- Experience working with automated quality monitoring systems and understanding recruitment processes and metrics.
