is a financial services firm modernizing the brokerage ecosystem with a cloud-native clearing and custody system.
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination internationally.
- Own the onboarding experience and maintain compliant employee records in the HRIS.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, renewals, and provider liaison.
- Produce MI reporting and data trackers in Excel to surface trends for stakeholders.
- Support annual cycles for performance management and compensation.
- Improve HR processes and policies using AI and automation tools.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in an HR or People operations role.
- Professional experience within the financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Location: Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Interest in AI tools for HR efficiency.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent study.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms.
