What you will do

• Design and deploy AI-powered automation frameworks for incident response and self-healing systems.
• Automate repetitive operational workflows across compute, storage, and networking layers.
• Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code ecosystems.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume telemetry data and ensure data quality for ML models.
• Develop ML/AI models for anomaly detection, incident prediction, and root cause analysis.
• Define SLIs/SLOs for AI systems and ensure robustness and auditability of AI-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Strong experience in AI engineering within operational or systems contexts.
• Practical experience with SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and incident management.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLMs for operational tooling such as incident summarization and runbook automation.
• Experience building AIOps or autonomous operations platforms.
• Proven track record in reducing manual operational workload and MTTR.
