TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (API/Enterprise Security): Own enterprise customer onboarding and adoption from signed contract to secure, well-governed, widely adopted deployment of the Postman platform with an accent on technical discovery, workspace/CI/CD enablement, and enterprise identity & security implementation. Focus on designing and delivering hands-on rollouts in regulated environments, translating API lifecycle and security requirements into a tailored solution plan, and driving measurable customer adoption outcomes.

What you will do

• Own onboarding and adoption engagements end to end: kickoff, planning, configuration, testing, closing, and post-engagement hypercare.
• Run technical discovery across customers’ API lifecycle, team structure, collaboration patterns, and security requirements; design workspace and rollout approach.
• Implement and validate enterprise security and identity controls, including SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, domain verification, content migration, Secret Scanner, external vaults, BYOK encryption, and audit-log integration with SIEM.
• Enable adoption by standing up team/discovery workspaces, access controls, integrations, Private API Network, and CI/CD workflows.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and project momentum across IT, security, and engineering, including navigating audit/change-control constraints.
• Capture platform gaps and feature requests and feed product/engineering with customer feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, API design principles (REST, GraphQL), and common integration patterns.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise identity and security concepts (SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, major identity providers like Okta/Entra/OneLogin) or ability to ramp quickly.
• Consultative skills to run discovery, present to technical and business audiences, and set realistic expectations.
• Proven project-management ability to keep multiple engagements on track in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable leading live hands-on configuration sessions.

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 OTE plus competitive equity
