Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own and execute the privacy product roadmap aligned with business and compliance goals.
• Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Partner with legal, engineering, and business teams to deliver system integrations and enhancements.
• Manage backlogs, release planning, and prioritization to maximize business impact.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key success metrics.
• Lead change management efforts, including system updates and user enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, privacy operations, or compliance technology.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and global data protection standards.
• Hands-on experience with privacy management platforms and workflow configuration.
• Proven ability to translate legal requirements into scalable operational solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise data flow management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Experience supporting DSARs, consent management, and cookie compliance.
• Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and risk management best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or CSPO.
