What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of five Workplace Technology Leads across global sites including Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, and Denver.
• Define and enforce global standards for hardware, AV, conferencing, network, and physical security infrastructure.
• Manage the global Workplace Technology budget, vendor framework, and contract standardization.
• Partner with the Workplace team on office buildouts and expansions, ensuring technology requirements are met from kickoff to launch.
• Collaborate with Information Security, IT Systems, and People teams to maintain secure, automated, and efficient office environments.
• Optimize the function using AI-native ITSM tools to ensure consistent SLAs and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations.
• Proven experience in multi-site or global leadership roles managing managers or senior individual contributors.
• Strong background in building functions, setting global standards, and hiring high-performing teams.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical troubleshooting with high-level budget and financial planning.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Security, and Workplace teams.
• Must be based in New York City for this on-site role.

Nice to have

• Experience with office buildouts and fit-outs.
• Proficiency with platforms like Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Background in AI-assisted or agentic ITSM operations.
