What you will do
- Lead and guide expert teams in delivering reliable IT services within contractual frameworks.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis.
- Partner with Delivery Partners and SREs to align solutions with evolving customer business needs.
- Provide technical and managerial support to field engineers, technicians, and system administrators.
- Drive innovation through AIOps and automation to improve service reliability and efficiency.
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure consistent service excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, managed platforms, and technology vendors.
- Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Ability to partner effectively with Delivery Partners and SREs.
- Hands-on knowledge of AIOps and an innovation-oriented mindset.
- Experience in direct and constant interaction with customers.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL certifications.
