What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 20–30 client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for performance and strategy.
- Diagnose and resolve underperforming cold email campaigns, including deliverability and inbox placement issues.
- Optimize outbound messaging, subject lines, and sequences using platforms like Apollo.io, Smartlead.ai, and Instantly.ai.
- Build and refine scalable operational systems, playbooks, and SOPs to support business growth.
- Collaborate with technical and outreach teams to resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and automation challenges.
- Own client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account health through proactive risk management.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kenya or South Africa.
- Proven experience in cold email agencies, outbound lead generation, or high-volume growth marketing.
- Deep technical understanding of email infrastructure, DNS configuration, and deliverability.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve campaign performance issues.
- Experience working in fast-scaling startup environments.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to manage expectations effectively.

- Experience scaling client delivery or account management teams.
- Exposure to RevOps, automation systems, and outbound analytics.
