What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of consumer savings and lending products.
• Drive product-led growth in AUM, loan balances, revenue, and margin.
• Build business cases for new opportunities, including market sizing and risk-adjusted profitability.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and ship customer-facing features.
• Collaborate with Trading, Treasury, and Risk to optimize pricing, spreads, and collateral requirements.
• Lead go-to-market plans in coordination with Marketing, Growth, and Regional teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a GM, business lead, product, growth, or strategy role within fintech, trading, or crypto.
• Demonstrated ability to own commercial outcomes such as P&L, AUM, or loan origination.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in business modeling, unit economics, and pricing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Strong product judgment and ability to align senior stakeholders around strategic trade-offs.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office four days per week.
