What you will do
- Partner with National Sales Managers to grow profitable relationships with distributors and agents.
- Execute field requests for face-to-face training, webinars, and in-agency onboarding.
- Develop and execute proactive outbound call campaigns to position products and member benefits.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing product advantages.
- Identify training needs across assigned distribution channels and develop tailored solutions.
- Represent the company professionally across all internal and external interactions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US and willing to travel 50-75% of the time.
- Prior Life and Annuity sales experience in financial services.
- Proven sales ability with strong telephone and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, based on business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
Nice to have
- Active Life & Annuity license.
- Wholesaling or field development experience.
