What you will do

• Partner with National Sales Managers to grow profitable relationships with distributors and agents.
• Execute field requests for face-to-face training, webinars, and in-agency onboarding.
• Develop and execute proactive outbound call campaigns to position products and member benefits.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing product advantages.
• Identify training needs across assigned distribution channels and develop tailored solutions.
• Represent the company professionally across all internal and external interactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and willing to travel 50-75% of the time.
• Prior Life and Annuity sales experience in financial services.
• Proven sales ability with strong telephone and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, based on business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
