What you will do

• Lead delivery of high-value enterprise implementations, managing budget, timelines, and scope across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners across complex global delivery models.
• Navigate escalations and complex client situations with executive stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships to identify opportunities for expanding value.
• Champion delivery methodology and data quality standards while contributing to process improvements.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Engagement Managers to support their professional development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Project or Engagement Management delivering enterprise cloud software.
• At least 3 years of experience managing high-complexity engagements in legal, financial, or professional services.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementation patterns and complex integrations.
• Proven ability to lead and influence matrixed teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, or other relevant program management certifications.
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s product portfolio or comparable professional services software.
