Principal, AI Strategy & Analytics (AI/Analytics): Deliver executive-level AI advisory by translating business goals into measurable AI opportunity areas, KPI frameworks, value models, and prioritized recommendations with an accent on outcome-led AI, value realization measurement, and before/after impact validation. Focus on building KPI and ROI measurement strategies, analyzing customer experience and operational data to identify improvement opportunities, and shaping phased AI transformation roadmaps from experimentation to measurable business change.

What you will do
- Lead strategic AI advisory engagements with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives to measurable business objectives and define outcome-led plans.
- Develop KPI frameworks, value realization models, measurement strategies, benchmarking approaches, and business impact models.
- Analyze operational, journey, interaction, routing, bot, and experience data to identify friction, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
- Create executive-ready reporting, scorecards, business cases, and analytical summaries quantifying AI impact and guiding optimization.
- Evaluate AI readiness and design phased AI transformation strategies to move from experimentation to measurable impact.
- Contribute to AI Outcomes methodology by creating repeatable tools, accelerators, playbooks, and analytical templates; mentor internal teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, AI strategy, customer experience transformation, digital transformation, or value realization.
- Demonstrated experience leading executive-level strategic engagements or advisory conversations.
- Strong quantitative and analytical background with experience applying data to business decision-making.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, ROI/value realization models, business cases, performance measurement programs, or benchmarking methodologies.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, customer experience, analytics, digital engagement, and transformation concepts.
- Ability to analyze imperfect or incomplete data and produce defensible recommendations; exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills.

Hiring process

Location: North Carolina, USA
Salary: $161,500.00 - $283,900.00 (base)
