TL;DR
Partner Compliance Lead: Managing global partner compliance programs and risk assessments with an accent on anti-corruption, regulatory adherence, and policy development. Focus on designing compliance training, implementing data analytics, and collaborating with Legal and Sales teams to mitigate risks across the partner ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Morrisville, NC or Vienna, VA) with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in-office.
Compensation: $147,900 – $200,000 USD.

What you will do
- Develop, implement, and maintain global partner compliance programs.
- Conduct risk assessments of distributors and resellers to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for partners and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor partner activities and ensure adherence to the Partner Code of Conduct and global laws.
- Implement data analytics and controls to detect and respond to compliance issues.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and external counsel to drive departmental initiatives and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, ethics, third-party risk, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of anti-corruption, anti-competition, and whistleblower regulations.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with AI-driven compliance tools.
