Salary: $200,000 - $275,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the Bank’s compliance management system and foster a comprehensive culture of compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to consumer protection laws, including managing CFPB Complaint Portal postings and borrower inquiries.
- Develop and manage bank policies and procedures while providing regulatory counsel to various functional departments.
- Prepare and present recurring reports on compliance risks and resolutions to executive management and the Board.
- Manage the compliance training function for all associates and board members.
- Act as the primary liaison with the CFPB, FDIC, and the Utah Department of Financial Institutions.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- 10+ years of experience in risk management, regulatory relations, compliance, or project management.
- 10+ years of experience leading and managing professional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Law Juris Doctor preferred).
- Deep working knowledge of consumer lending regulations including Dodd-Frank, TILA, FCRA, and FDCPA.
- Proven leadership, diplomatic communication, and strategic planning skills.
Nice to have
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification.
