What you will do
- Analyze business performance across key metrics including revenue, margin, retention, and conversion.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements, clarify trade-offs, and support feature delivery.
- Build dashboards and reports to diagnose issues and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop business cases for new products, markets, and customer propositions.
- Coordinate product launches across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor behavior to inform product strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in London with the ability to work from the office 4 days per week.
- Proven experience in business analysis, product analytics, strategy, or fintech.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in business modeling, funnels, and unit economics.
- Ability to translate complex data and customer insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Strong product judgment and interest in building customer-facing products.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
