What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives from early conceptualization through to delihirify.global.
• Gather and analyze data from customer insights, business performance, market research, and competitor activity.
• Prepare presentations and summaries to make complex issues easy to understand for executives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, data, customer service, marketing, and logistics.
• Provide research and structured problem-solving support to the CEO Office.
• Rotate through different business areas to develop diverse commercial and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or candidate about to graduate.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in working with numerical data.
• Commercial awareness and interest in sustainable business growth.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to attend a half-day Assessment Centre in Liverpool.
