What you will do
- Analyze test results, assign evaluation queues, and monitor evaluator quality scores.
- Conduct internal system audits and perform root cause and error analysis.
- Monitor project data, record outputs, and prepare data analysis and reporting.
- Set up product knowledge tests and validate reports/data with stakeholders.
- Coordinate go-live support and handle escalations.
- Improve product knowledge, localize guidelines, and deliver training to new joiners.
Requirements
- Hausa language proficiency is required.
- Experience with data quality assurance, data auditing, and quality inspection.
- Strong skills in data analysis, data reporting, and validating outputs.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and error analysis.
- Experience coordinating support activities and handling escalations.
