Quality Process Analyst

What you will do

• Design, build, and automate quality analytics reports using BI tools and databases.
• Analyze production metrics and data sets to discover trends and provide actionable business insights.
• Manage technical workflows and documentation via Jira, acting as a bridge between operations and engineering.
• Coordinate quality escalations and monitor compliance records, including NCRs and CAPAs.
• Perform data analysis, write scripts, and conduct hypothesis testing using SQL and statistical packages.
• Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ensure high-quality production standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in the US.
• 1+ years of data-centric experience, preferably in business data analysis.
• Technical expertise in data models, database queries, and data segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with reporting packages such as QlikView, PowerBI, or Business Objects.
