What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 6 professionals in a high-performing environment.
• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure scalable and reliable e-payment operations for a high-volume B2C platform.
• Strengthen compliance and risk management frameworks while optimizing operational efficiency.
• Drive hands-on improvements of financial processes and systems in close collaboration with IT.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership experience with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting.
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems and collaborating with technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• German language skills are considered a plus.
