What you will do

• Lead and develop the People Operations & People Support team to ensure clarity and accountability.
• Own the end-to-end operational excellence of the People Operations function.
• Design and continuously improve scalable HR processes, SOPs, and tools.
• Ensure smooth and reliable employee lifecycle management from contracts to onboarding and HRIS.
• Translate People & Culture strategy into efficient operational workflows.
• Act as a trusted operational counterpart within the People & Culture department.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Several years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or Backoffice roles.
• Proven people leadership experience with a passion for developing teams.
• Strong experience with HR processes and HRIS systems.
• Fluent in both English and German.
• Highly structured, reliable, and execution-focused mindset.
