What you will do

• Manage and develop operational HR activities across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on all HR-related matters.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, including job postings and contract preparation.
• Collaborate with local employee representative bodies in compliance with the German Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).
• Act as the key interface between HR and payroll to ensure compliant processing.
• Contribute to personnel development, training programs, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a commercial apprenticeship with HR qualifications.
• At least 5 years of operational HR experience in an international company.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and practical experience with the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG).
• Excellent written and spoken German and English proficiency.
• Experience in a collectively bargained environment, ideally within metal and electrical industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
