What you will do
- Own account context, including stakeholder needs, priorities, risks, and decision logs.
- Run the client operating rhythm to ensure meetings, actions, and handoffs remain clear and documented.
- Translate vague client requests into actionable steps, dependencies, and clear decision points.
- Utilize AI tools for meeting preparation, stakeholder mapping, summarization, and action tracking.
- Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams to ensure client work moves efficiently.
- Challenge weak assumptions and explain operational tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Demonstrable experience in client relationship management, account delivery, or complex operations.
- High agency and structured thinking skills to break down ambiguous work.
- Serious interest and practical experience in using AI tools for account management workflows.
- Comfortable working with collaboration tools like Airtable, Notion, Asana, or similar systems.
- Must be able to work in alignment with US Eastern Time.
