Location: Must be based in New York, United States (Hybrid role).

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year plus annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers to ensure exceptional experience and platform value.
  • Develop deep expertise in the platform and digital advertising to provide consultative advice and problem-solving.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and major advertising partners like Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and sales processes.
  • Collaborate across internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, and Engineering.
  • Contribute to building a knowledge library and optimizing internal Customer Success initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Strong ability to explain complex concepts and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Results-driven mentality with a bias for action and collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-driven approach.
  • Must be based in New York, USA and willing to travel for industry events.
