Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year plus annual bonus.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers to ensure exceptional experience and platform value.
- Develop deep expertise in the platform and digital advertising to provide consultative advice and problem-solving.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and major advertising partners like Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and sales processes.
- Collaborate across internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, and Engineering.
- Contribute to building a knowledge library and optimizing internal Customer Success initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role.
- Advanced knowledge of social advertising platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
- Strong ability to explain complex concepts and translate data into actionable insights.
- Results-driven mentality with a bias for action and collaboration.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-driven approach.
- Must be based in New York, USA and willing to travel for industry events.
