What you will do

  • Concept culture-forward ideas and activations for social-first audiences across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Operate in a social newsroom to identify and respond to real-time cultural moments.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content.
  • Partner with Social Strategists to shape creative content strategies for organic and paid channels.
  • Present and articulate creative concepts to Creative Directors and brand teams.
  • Manage multiple projects from brief through final delivery while maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and hands-on production craft.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign) or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience working in a social-first or newsroom-style creative environment.
  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools to enhance output quality and production efficiency.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgment.
  • Must be based in Chicago, Illinois, for hybrid work requirements.
