Salary: $114,000 — $196,900 (depending on location and currency)

What you will do

• Lead design for organic social channels across static, carousel, and feed-first formats from concept to publication.
• Translate the "Okta Secures AI" story into visually compelling assets that drive attention and engagement.
• Build and evolve recurring creative formats to translate business initiatives into channel-native content.
• Partner with the video team to elevate the YouTube channel via high-impact thumbnails and playlist art.
• Design assets for the social advocacy program to enable employee and partner sharing at scale.
• Present creative direction to stakeholders and mentor other designers contributing to social projects.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing for social channels, preferably in-house or in a social-native environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proven track record of creating "scroll-stopping" work that drives engagement and remains on brand.
• Ability to translate technical or abstract subject matter into interesting visual content.
• Strong cultural instinct and the ability to iterate quickly in a high-trust environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Toronto (Hybrid).

• Experience with motion and video design.
