TL;DR

Client Success Manager (FinTech): Own an end-to-end portfolio of credit union and community bank clients by driving product adoption, leading executive business reviews, managing renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities with an accent on high-volume account health tracking and escalation-driven issue resolution. Focus on building trusted relationships across operational and executive stakeholders while coordinating with Implementation, Tech Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure measurable client outcomes.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of credit union and community bank clients as the primary relationship owner.
  • Run regular business reviews and executive meetings; provide strategic recommendations aligned to client business objectives.
  • Drive product adoption by educating clients on features, best practices, and new releases; develop success plans.
  • Lead renewals and retention: prepare renewal proposals, present pricing recommendations, negotiate agreements, and mitigate at-risk accounts.
  • Handle escalations as first line of response by triaging issues, coordinating with Tech Support/Product/Engineering, and communicating proactively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on onboarding, feedback to influence the roadmap, and client advocacy (case studies/testimonials).

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience in B2B fintech, banking technology, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience managing 20–30+ accounts simultaneously with strong responsiveness and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to lead executive business reviews and onsite meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Track record driving product adoption, renewals, and expansion within an assigned book of business.
  • Strong relationship management across operational and executive stakeholders; ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Comfort with escalations and urgency-driven issue resolution.
